Hello Everyone,
Sorry I have not posted anything in a while, I have been very busy travelling and catching up on school. Because I have so many pictures to show you I think I will do this blog post in 3 separate posts to make things a bit easier. I will start with the oldest pictures and work my way to the newest pictures I have to show you.
I will start with cross-country skiing photos I took while I was skiing in Lahti. You can see them below.
This guy was flying and now he is packing up his aircraft, lol!
This is another ultralight flying, he kept flying over the cross-country ski trail on the lake.

The trail went by Sibelius Hall and the cafe on the lake, you can see Sibelius Hall in this photo.
There was a skating track that went right beside the cross-country ski trail on the frozen lake.
This is the end of the skating track at the end of the lake where it loops back. This is also where the cross-country ski trail ended.
This cafe was at the end of the cross-country ski trail at the end of the lake, I think its a good end point for the trail!
This picture is sideways, but this beacon is on teh lake and I have been told that it has religious connotations. Its pretty neat to see!
I also went to the Lahti ski games the weekend after and saw the ski jumping competition, it was quite spectatular to see! There were also fireworks at the end of the games on saturday. Below are pictures from the ski games.

I took this video right before a Finnish ski jumper was about to compete, note the waving Finnish flags!
